Have you ever personally dealt with anxiety, and if so, what coping mechanisms or strategies have you found most effective in managing and alleviating your anxious feelings?
 
Dealing with anxiety involves understanding your feelings, then practicing relaxation techniques, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. You would need to seek professional help, like therapy or medication as well.
 
I do not have a personal experience with anxiety. However, my wife does. It became apparent when we lost our first pregnancy. She was under medication for months. It was initially suppressed but it would come again and again. It lasted until we have our first kid.
