High or low pressing in football?

Some of the top teams in the game of football now resort to playing high lines when they play against certain teams. This has cost some of these clubs while they achieved their aims in other matches.  When it comes to the game, do you think low pressing is also effective?

Personally, I don't care about high or low pressing in football. It doesn't matter to me what tactics a team makes use of to play as long as it helps them to win matches. When I played football manager, I always use high pressing.
