How can schools promote mental health awareness and support children

Recently i noticed there are a lot of students having one mental health issue or the other, either due to work load, or stress from school activities, and they are not even aware of how it affects their mental health. How can schools create more awareness about mental health?

Schools can promote mental health by including it in the curriculum, training staff to recognize signs, offering counseling, and creating a safe, inclusive environment. I believe early support can change lives.

I think they are currently implementing it in schools, but it is not something that can be fully implemented since there would need to be a subject exclusively dedicated to psychology to cover these topics. It would be the only subject where they can talk about this and delve into the subject in depth.

Schools can promote mental health by adding emotional learning to the curriculum, training teachers to recognize signs, and offering counseling. I’ve seen schools with mindfulness sessions and peer support groups help kids open up and feel safer expressing their struggles.
