Job are stressful and they can take a toll on mental health. Burnout and anxiety are very common among professionals. How dd you workplace pressure? What support systems have helped you stay mentally strong in a demanding job?

Think about the changes you need to make at work in order to reduce your stress levels and then take action.also talk over your concerns with your employer or human resources manager.

Working can be stressful at times so I make sure to practice self-care. I go to the beach to unwind and do things that I love.

Work pressure is tough. I manage stress through breaks, exercise, and mindfulness. Support from colleagues, flexible work arrangements, and open communication with my employer help me stay mentally strong in a demanding job.

Work pressure and stress is hard. It becomes even more frustrating and difficult when senior management put unnecessary pressure or criticism on you. It doesn’t help you to perform the role to the best of your ability when you’ve got other things on your mind

I cope with job stress by taking short breaks, like a walk near my office, and practicing deep breathing at my desk. I seek support from colleagues over lunch to boost my mental well-being at work.

Back then one of the ways i delt with work stress was to listen to music. I used to work under someone as a photo editor and the work was extremely demanding, as the manager i had to open up as early as 6:30am and close up around 8pm or later most times. I was not getting any extra pay and my boss didn't really appreciate my efforts. What helped me most times was the music i listened to while i work.
