I maintain a healthy work-life balance by setting clear boundaries, prioritizing self-care, and dedicating quality time to hobbies, friends, and family. Regular breaks and mindfulness practices keep me grounded.
 
I tend to take my resting period very seriously. It has helped me handle stress in ways that are very good for me. I don't even want to assume that I am okay unless I have been able to sleep well enough.

How do you ensure quality sleep, and have you noticed specific changes in your stress levels after proper rest?
 
It is really difficult for me to maintain work life balance. I work from home and the line that devices my working time and personal time frequently blurs. I have to adjust my working schedule according to my clients' time zone and this can be very stressful as sometimes I have to wake up in the middle of the night
