How does a good or a bad day affects you mentally?

When I have a good day, I am happy and cheerful, however, on a bad day I am frustrated and angry. Well, I know it is not good to be affected by daily happenings and these are temporary situations, however, there is nothing I can do.

Do you also find yourself on my shoes? I mean how does a good day or bad day affects you mentally? Do you also experience any symptoms in your body when you have a good or a bad day?
 
If I am having a bad day, it is always going to affect whatever thing that I'm doing that very day which is why I try as much as I can to always make sure my day went well.
 
No one feels happy when they are having a bad day. There are levels to bad days in my opinion because there are bad days which is capable of causing the problem of despair and depression for people.
 
I can tell you that in all my years in life, I don't think there's anyone out there who loves to have a bad day. I feel so uncomfortable and restless whenever I have had a bad day. It makes me want to scream so bad because why out of all the people in the world, I would be the one to have a bad day.
 
When I have a bad day, it drains me mentally to be able to face the next day. That's why I always set my goals right to make sure that my days don't turn out bad. When I have a bad day, I am so sad and won't even be able to talk to people around me.
 
I always prefer a good day as it does help me to good. A feel good hormones would be released through out the day as well.
 
If my morning ends up being bad, chances are the rest of my day is going to be bad too. I try not to let bad mornings bring me down but being tired just adds to my bad mood.
 
If I have a good day, I always know about it as my productivity and how much I get done is always a lot higher than it is when I have a bad day.

If I have a bad day, it tends to affect my mood, my motivation and even my productivity which can then lead me feeling really down and like I should just give up.
 
A good day can boost my mood, increase motivation, and enhance my sense of accomplishment. On the other hand, a bad day can leave me feeling drained, frustrated, or anxious. It may take some time to regain focus, but practicing self-care and reflecting on the positives usually helps me recover.
 
It was before that I used to allow days that I didn't make sales to affect me to the point of making me unhappy. I have come to realize that some days are just like that. And I don't allow bad business days to affect my happiness. Ama rock happy on good business days and bad business days.
