When I feel mentally and emotionally tired, I meditate. When I feel physically tired, I do yoga. Yoga and meditation always come in handy whenever I need help.

What do you do when you need help? How do you help yourself.

In my experience, one of the best ways to help yourself is by strengthening your emotional, psychological, and physical health.

You have said it right. One has to work on holistic approach when it comes to having a good health in all aspects. And different people find different ways to do so. Not one method will work for everyone. Some can find yoga and meditation helpful, some like an intense workout, some would go to music etc. One has to find a way that helps them.
 
When I am mentally drained, I will either mediate, take a nap, eat comfort food, or spend time with my pets and family. Depending on the situation and where I am, will depend on which one is chosen. It's important to take care of your mental health.
 
If you want to help yourself, practice self-care, set achievable goals, and embrace a growth mindset. Give importance to mental and physical well-being through exercise, hobbies, and healthy habits. Seek support when necessary, stay organized, and continuously evaluate your progress. These steps can foster resilience and growth in challenging times.
 
Helping yourself starts with self-awareness, recognizing your needs and emotions. Practicing self-care, setting boundaries, seeking support when needed, and adopting healthy habits like exercise and mindfulness can boost well-being. Remember, asking for help is also part of helping yourself.
 
When I am emotionally and mentally down, I switch t TikTok or YouTube to watch some comedy skits. And before you know it, my mood is lifted. When I am physically down, I rest and sleep to recuperate.
 
When i feel physically, emotionally and mentally tired, i simply take a break from whatever that is making me feel that way and rest. Then i look for a good movie or anime to watch, or a good game to play to take my mind of things.
