Anxiety is not necessarily a mental disease in itself, but rather a symptom or a collection of symptoms that can be part of various mental health disorders. It is a common human experience, but when excessive or persistent, it can indicate an underlying condition requiring professional help. Diagnosing an anxiety disorder requires a professional evaluation. Treatment options include therapy and medication. Managing anxiety is possible with the right support.

Anxiety is a mental condition as well as mental disease, or illness, depending on kind of symptoms you show. There is a difference between mental disease and mental condition. mental condition is general state of mental health, where as mental disease or mental illness is a diagnosed disorder that is harming the person. If you are severe anxiety that needs medication and therapy, it is mental disease.

An individual experiencing this excessively needs a professional support,he or she must also share his troubles to his family . Anxiety is something one must not ignored . It may become severe.

Anxiety in itself is not bad. It could be a survival mechanism. But when anxiety is borne out of feeling like a victim all the time, it becomes bad and can set you against people all the time.
