I can testify to eating real food. Plus, sometimes a food intolerance (again, I can testify to!), can cause mental health issues. Our body is not meant to eat non-food. It doesn't know what to do with it. If you can't afford organic food as it is pricier, at least go for fresh produce of the Clean 15 & avoid the Dirty Dozen.

All correct. Didn’t know about the asparagus, very interesting. This is why I always add some kind of veg with whatever meat I’m eating, even a baked potato. It’s very tempting to just get a quick one from Wendy’s.. just recently found out they are using seed oils to “bake” the potato in.
Why? Why do it?
I make my own. ;)
