Mental health is something that is not uncommon and every human goes through it throughout life, how you react to it and what you do to help it are things that will help you throughout your life to cope with mental health.

Things like meditating have been proven to help with mental health and you can do this by going to classes or even using an app on your tablet or mobile device. Meditation can help you find ways to relax and find inner peace and help you get through tough times in life when your mental health is at a low point.

I myself have used a few meditation methods throughout the years to help me with depression, anxiety, and worry in general and I have found it to be quite helpful.

I’ve personally leaned on meditation over the years to help me cope with depression, anxiety, and those overwhelming “life is too much” moments. It’s amazing how just slowing down your breathing can shift your whole state of mind. 🧘‍♀️ I’ve used a few different methods such as guided meditations, sound baths, even simple breathwork, and each one has helped me in different ways. It’s not about doing it perfectly either, it’s just about giving yourself space to be.

When things feel especially heavy, taking even five minutes to center myself can really make a difference. I love using meditation apps too as they make it so accessible, especially on the go.

I meditate daily to boost my mental health, using guided apps like Headspace for focus and calm. Even 10 minutes of mindful meditation reduces stress and clears my mind, helping me tackle challenges with clarity.
