This is the only one that seems to work for me.
The YouTube channel is called Temple Sounds, and the way the bowls hold the sound for a really long time somehow settles down a very specific part of my brain.
I would go as far as saying it has the strength of taking a sedative or tranquilizer.
Have you ever listened to singing bowls as a guided meditation?
