Mindfulness for Stress Reduction

Mindfulness and meditation reduce cortisol levels and improve mental clarity. Daily practice is often more effective than occasional sessions. How has mindfulness helped you cope with stress or anxiety?
 
I haven’t practiced mindfulness consistently myself, foran average individual it is difficult and even not possible. But if yiu try as much as you can it will help you stay calmer and think more clearly. For many, it creates a small mental pause that makes stress feel more manageable.
 
I have been into meditation for quite some time. It has not only helped me with my physical ailments but helped me in a great way manage my emotional and mental stress too. Mindfulness is really helpful. But it is not easy to attain, especially with so many distractions around us in these digital times. It needs a lot of conscious effort to begin with. I would say that I am still a work in progress with Mindfulness. But glad that I am moving forward in the right direction.
