Constant notifications, background noise, and social demands can overwhelm the brain, making it hard to focus or relax. Overstimulation often leads to irritability, anxiety, or even emotional shutdown. Creating quiet moments, reducing screen time, and practicing mindfulness can help. I am a person that is used to a quiet environment and when I am in a situations that I am bombarded by too many noises and sounds, I begin to lose it and my anxiety spikes. That's why I can't stand an open market. I would just lose focus and can't process anything in the midst of too much noise.
