Here are some signs to watch out for in order to determine whether you are too stressed out or not.

Headaches
Neck and shoulder pain
Back pain
Upset stomach
Not feeling hungry
Lumb in the throat
Heavy chest
Tight muscles

If you are experiencing most of these physical symptoms, you need to consult your therapist.

Effects of long-term stress are even more dangerous. If you are battling with stress for a long time, you might experience...

Depression, anxiety, forgetfulness
Risk of strokes
Eczema or psoriasis
Acne or rosacea
Prone to catching a cold
Odds of diabetes may rise
Sexual problems
Risk of high BP or heart attacks

And when the stress degenerates to high blood pressure and is still unchecked, it would cause a cardiac arrest and stroke. Rest is very important so that we don't end up stressing and killing ourselves. Find time to do the things that gives you joy to do.

Physical signs of stress include headaches, muscle tension, fatigue, rapid heartbeat, sweating, and digestive issues. Stress triggers the release of cortisol and adrenaline, leading to high blood pressure, weakened immunity, and sleep disturbances. Chronic stress can contribute to heart disease, obesity, and other health problems.
