Self-care, like reading or baths, nurtures mental health. Small acts matter. What self-care rituals do you follow? How do they uplift you?
 
You can dollow self-care routimes for mental wellness like restful sleep, healthy eating, movement, and setting boundaries. I havs found journaling, limiting screen time, and taking quiet moments daily really help.
