We need to maintain good mental health by eating the right foods but also by nurturing our feelings to avoid getting caught by a harmful, occurrence of mental problems. The following could help anyone by maintaining good mental health: self-care, mindfulness, healthy habits, or seeking professional help. Make time for activities you enjoy like exercise, hobbies, or spending time with loved ones.
 
You can't evaluate yourself. People will say yes in short. But only the doctor could say if yes or no. No one will say no even he has problems of mental health.
 
To maintain good mental health. you need a balanced lifestyle like having physical activity, healthy eating, sufficient sleep, and engaging in activities you enjoy. , one needs to practice gratitude, and learn new skills for overall well-being.
 
I take care of my mental health by staying active, getting enough sleep, talking to people I trust, and doing things I enjoy. I also remind myself it’s okay to rest and ask for help.
