Share your experiences with yoga, meditation as alternative therapies.

Yoga and mediation are two things that I have found to make a lot of difference in my mental health. These are alternative ways of helping me manage stress, anxiety, and depression. One needs to understand when and how meditation should be included in daily practice and when one needs to seek guidance from really qualified instructors.
 
I do enjoy Yoga as it both offers numerous physical and mental health benefits to. it helps to iimproved flexibility, strength, balance, and reduced stress for me. It also helps to promotes better sleep, improved cardiovascular health, and increased energy and vitality for me
