Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) can be exacerbated by social media, where people only share curated moments of their lives. This can create feelings of inadequacy and anxiety, as users compare their real lives to the highlight reels of others. How do you manage FOMO in the age of social media?

I just know one thing about social media.
The more time a person spends online, especially on social media posting photos, memes, updates, I usually see that person as very lonely. I don’t care how happy they look, or act. If they were truly happy, they wouldn’t feel the need to keep going online. They’d be too busy living life.
And I’m not judging anyone, it is the age of social media, so what do you expect..
Just an observation.

I have never been a person that desires what another person is having. The FOMO exacerbated by social media can be curtailed by a person of they have a definite path that they want to tow to achieve their goals. You won't be tempted to think of trying to toe another person's path.
