And when we talk to people we end up on much better scale of the life as it removes a lot of assumptions and thoughts from the brain. Have you seen the fact about working option of the talking to people.

Has it worked out for you?

Yes This makes your mind free from other stress so when talking to others in different matter can solve else you will be in toruble for mental. I have done in the past and even now to avoid some stress with me.

I think that's why online forums are a big help for many people. Talk Therapy is crucial to healing. & with the advent of the internet, we can go beyond brick buildings & find a whole slew of people we would not have met originally.

It's definitely a good way of getting the help you need when you can't afford therapy. Although you should first trust the person your talking too.

Talking to people about how we feel really helps us to get clarity and feel better. Like they always say, assumption is the lowest level of knowledge. We might just end up carrying burdens in our hearts that might not be true. The first thing to do when you have challenges relating with someone is to talk to the person to get their perspective and shape yours.

Yes it is good to always talk to people it does help one relieved self of stress and any build up. so it does help

Talking to people can be therapeutic by providing emotional support, reducing stress, and gaining new perspectives. Conversations with friends, support groups, or therapists help process emotions, build resilience, and improve mental health. Meaningful dialogue fosters connection, easing loneliness and promoting overall well-being.

You might just be carrying the wrong perspectives and viewpoints maybe because of a single story you heard about a thing or person. Talking to others helps to give you newer perspective for you to form a more balanced opinion about that person or thing.

Talking is always a good way to help you and others when it comes to mental health. I know just today my mental health was in a bad place and over the course of the day, I have spoken to people and found a few things out and now I am feeling a little more confident.

Talking when your mental health is bad is a great way to help you.

It’s a great form of therapy. And the best part? It’s free. Why would you pay a ‘therapist’ when you can speak to your friends and family for free? It’s better outside than in.

I have learned in my life never to assume anything. If I don't get thee perspective of the principal actors in the matter, I would keep an open mind and never make any judgement on such matters. It really helps me because I get to talk to the people involved to get a balanced view.

Sincerely speaking, talking in itself is a form of therapy. When you talk to people you pour out your heart and mind to them, and this can help reduce your anxiety.

Talking to people, for me, can be incredibly therapeutic. Sharing my thoughts and feelings with someone who listens without judgment often helps me process things more clearly. It's like a mental declutter, and sometimes, just hearing another perspective can offer valuable insights and a sense of relief.

Talking to people is a great way to express yourself and allowing your thoughts to roam freely. It’s always a good idea to allow yourself to do so.
