The Myth of “Having It All Together” in Your 20s

Social media often paints a picture of early adulthood as the time to achieve career, financial, and personal success, but this puts immense pressure on young people. Everyone’s journey is unique, and comparing oneself to an ideal can cause anxiety and self-doubt. How do you handle the pressures of “having it all” at a young age?

I have come to realize that when once you understand your vision in life and you are making strides to achieve them, you don't need to pressure yourself. If another person achieved it earlier, it is all good and fine for him or her. It is good fortune. As long as I am making steady progress, I would certainly get there.

I have come to understand that not everything is at it seems on social media, and most importantly because someone got theirs early, it does not mean i would get mine the same time. Or even earlier. Just do things according to your ability and pace, don't let anyone pressure you.
