Peer support groups offer empathy and shared experiences. They’re judgment-free zones. Where do you find peer support? How has it helped you?
 
Support groups in therapy provide connection, shared experiences, and encouragement that reduce isolation. I’ve seen how hearing others’ stories fosters healing and motivation. I haven’t been into therapy..Have you ever found strength through a support group?
 
Peer support group may be favourable for a few people. However, in certain cases, it could not be favourable for certain people. For example, some people may not feel comfortable discussing their personal problems in front of their peers. This is why it may not be ideal for certain class of people.
