The pressure of success

While the drive to succeed is not only common with the GenZ class, i noticed a lot of them are usually more pressured and more eager to make quick money, hence this is why we have so many of them going into a life of crime. Recently i have noticed the pressure to be successful or to be part of the community has lead some to develop severe anxiety and other mental health issues. What's your take on this ?

The pressure of success can be overwhelming, causing stress and fear of failure. I’ve felt that weight when striving to meet expectations, both personal and societal. Balancing ambition with self-compassion and setting realistic goals helps manage this pressure without losing joy.

The pressure of success can be intense, especially with constant comparisons on social media. I’ve felt it too, trying to meet high expectations while staying true to myself. It helps to define success personally and focus on progress, not perfection.

I'd say the pressure of success is more needed than ever these days, as the cost of living has grown to become a massive problem. I'm a millennial, or Gen Y, and we got it much easier compared to Gen Z and newer, because they are getting an economy that just doesn't work for them. If you want to buy a house these days, it's almost impossible for some because of the rise of prices. Cost of living still goes up, while our paychecks haven't changed in years. If our salary grew with the cost of living, than we'd be able to survive and success wouldn't be as tough to attain as it is today.
