From choosing a streaming show to making life-changing career moves, decision fatigue is real. The more choices we face daily, the harder it becomes to make decisions efficiently. This can lead to mental exhaustion and avoidance. Setting personal rules and reducing trivial choices can help. What’s one way you simplify daily decisions?

i csm so relate. to this. The thing is that it is not easy to take good decisions. You would always fall into a kind of depression if you do not take wise decisions

The thing is that when you have competing alternatives, it becomes very difficult to decisions. Just having to examine each option closely can make you mentally stressed. Being definitive can help avoid the mental stress that has to do with decision making.

As much as competition in commercial alternatives is good for the market, it becomes extremely difficult to make choices when it comes to digital services. I have been reading reviews of three cloud storage services and I am having a hard time to choose one. And that can be some sort of mental stress.
