Social media anxiety can be a very serious problem for most people. It's something that's capable of making someone not have anything to to with using any social media platforms. It might be as a result of being abused online by toxic people or any other random things.

Do you have social media anxiety? How do you handle it?

I don't even know about social media anxiety let alone having such. Nothing on social media can make me anxious as they are a lot of fake things on it

I've decided to reduce how much I use social media because I find that toxicity can get to me. Since I’m not constantly feeling my best mentally, I should avoid toxic stuff.

Frankly speaking, I don't get social media anxiety. Sometimes social media content influences my mood an mental state but I usually avoid negative content and also do not allow social media to influence my purchase decision.

Well, I don't get social media anxiety. I find social media usage relaxing. I browse the feed and try to bloc all negative content and watch and interact only with the positive content. I don't get FOMO feelings by using social media.

Quite easy, by just staying away from social media. I am not an avid user of social media in the first place, so it cannot have that kind of effect on me.

To manage my social media anxiety, I focus on quality interactions rather than quantity. I make it a point to engage only with content that aligns with my interests and well-being. If something triggers anxiety, I mute or unfollow it, and I schedule offline time regularly.

I have not experienced a social media anxiety. I am not a worrying type and if there is something unusual, I just simply ignore it. Don't take what you see on media seriously.

Anxiety with social media is probably a common thing these days. Especially when new generations are growing up with it. When I was a kid we didn't have social media, not until my early teens. Back then I was big into social media, but these days not so much. Just everything seems to be a battle online. Now wonder why anxiety is a big thing on social media now days.

Anyway, I just don't post much on social media, because half the time it's not worth it. And with everyone going at it against each other, what's the point?

I don't have social media anxiety, but I can understand why some people would have. There are a lot of people out there who use the internet to just be awful to others, and no one should ever have to go through that.

Those who have a social media anxiety focus much on that soc med side. They are not busy with other things important. They better read good books for business.
