A common thing which usually makes me feel depressed is when my smartphone is about to go off and I don't have any way to charge it. I can't say calm when I'm offline, it's why this affects me in a day way.

What's the most common thing which makes you depressed?
 
I sometimes feel down when loneliness, overwhelming stress, or isolation take over. Small setbacks build up, and lacking support makes everyday struggles feel heavier.
 
In most cases, having a stressful work life or even personal life could be a cause of depression. One thing i have come to realize is that anything could cause depression.
 
For me, the common things that makes me depressed is when I turn around and there is no money in my pocket and bank account. I don't know but I have some sort of joy when I have money. And would instantly get depressed when I don't have. Some say it is a man's thing.
 
The major thing that causes me to be depressed is always when I have set goals, made genuine efforts to meet those goals and I still have can't meet up. It would start building sadness in me and that can easily turn into depression.

I completely understand you, this is happening to me in my business today, there are a lot of goals i have set and i am actually trying to achieve these goals, but it feels like my efforts are not good enough.
 
The common thing that would cause me depression is when I can't afford the basic things of life. Another likely reason that I might be depressed is when others are making progress and I seem not to make any progress.

My friend, I feel the same way. When I set goals and worked hard to achieve them but failed, I feel sad and depressed. My health is another source of depression for me. It is the main reason I am depressed these days.
 
I have felt that prolonged isolation or feeling stuck in routines can trigger low moods. For example, when I spend too much time online without social interaction or creative outlets, I start feeling drained and less motivated, which can tip into depressive feelings.
 
I feel depressed when I am in need of money but I don't have it and have no sign of getting it from anywhere. Money is the major cause of depression for the people.
