Coffee: Helper or Troublemaker?

Do you find coffee lifts your mood? Does it make your anxiety symptoms worse? I know for some, people with ADHD find coffee very beneficial.
I make mine half regular/half decaf. Just in case.
Have you ever had a “2-coffee day” where you just needed that second cup?
 
I drink coffee everyday usually. It's my only psychiatric medicine. I drink a huge amount of it when possible.
 
For me, coffee’s a helper, it wakes me up and boosts my focus. But too much and I get jittery. Moderation is key for the perfect balance.
 
Yes, I find that coffee can boost my mood, but it sometimes makes my anxiety worse. I've had those 2-coffee days”when I really needed the extra energy.
 
I'm not really a coffee person.but if it's helpful to anyone then they can go on taking it. Provided it is helpful to the person
 
For me, coffee is both a helper and a troublemaker. It boosts my focus and energy, but if I have too much, I get jittery and anxious.
