Journaling boosts mental clarity and self-awareness. Write daily to process emotions or set goals. Try gratitude or bullet journaling for structure. It’s a simple habit with big impact. How has journaling helped you, or what’s your journaling style? What do you write, when do you write, how long do you write? Do you write everyday?

I like to keep a religious blog and forum. It helps my faith and mental health. I try to post every day and there's so much in the Bible for fresh ideas.

I don't keep a journal. But these days I kind of wish I had started to. Either that, or maybe even a dream journal or something. But I just hate my writing and I don't know if I really want to do journaling. I've gotten this far not really doing it much, so idk if it's necessarily for me. But I suppose it'd be fun to do a dream journal or even jot down my feelings once in a while.

Journals seemed to be a chore when I was in school (pre-1996). In fact, our high school English teacher made up keep one.

But these days, everyone (seemingly, lol) is keeping a journal via social media, forum, or blog. I guess it finally became cool, lol.

While i don't keep one myself but i am very much aware that keeping a journal helps when it comes to dealing with mental health. It helps you monitor howfar you are going and where you still needs working.

I kept a journal when I was a hormonally charged teen. Writing helped me release emotions I couldn’t say out loud. It gave me clarity, comfort, and a safe space to process my thoughts, something I truly needed at the time.

I do a lot of exercises like swimming in the sea, dancing, singing, bowling, and playing lawn are my healthful ways to care for myself. There is no other who can make me healthy, only I.

Journalling can help you keep a record of events. However, you must be really diligent when it comes to recording events. You can keep a diary as well where you can keep a track record if key events along with progress in case if you are suffering from a mental problem. For example, if you smoke a lot and if you are seeking treatment for that, then you can keep a record of how many cigarettes you smoke per day.
