Do you start fights at work or school?

Do you find yourself doing this because you have other stuff going on at home, and then you take it out on coworkers, or even classmates.
Have you ever picked a fight with someone because you were already carrying around stress, or a problem you couldn’t solve, and it felt like an outlet for you to get some of those emotions out? On another person?

(I rarely do this, but a lot of times they say the office bully or school bully usually have others stressors at home, fueling their behavior.)

I have never started a fight at school of workplace myself, I don't vent out my anger on other person. Generally speaking, I am understanding, I listen to other people, but when someone starts misinterpreting me or starts bullying me, I cannot stop myself. That's why I have been into fights at school and workplace a couple of times.

I have not started a fight per say at work. But I have transferred aggression from home to colleagues. And I always feel very terrible thereafter when I am completely calm . It gets worse when I transfer the aggression to junior colleagues. They would just feel inadequate for no fault of theirs. I am trying to control that habit of transferring aggression on people.

Stress can make people lash out, but it's not an excuse to hurt others. Self-awareness matters.

Stress can spill over, but I try to channel frustration into art or writing instead of lashing out at others.
