Is love psychological necessity or a biological necessity? Well, according to the scientists, love actually is a biological necessity. Hormones like oxytocin and dopamine (which are generally referred to as happy hormones) not only help you with stress and anxiety but also shape bonding, health immunity, and even your lifespan.
People who are surrounded by loved ones are more likely to combat mental health issues compared to people who are alone.
By the way have you ever helped your loved ones combat mental health issues?

Love plays a crucial role in mental health. Feeling loved and connected, whether through family, friends, or a partner, reduces stress, boosts self-esteem, and provides emotional support, helping us navigate challenges with resilience and stability.

When we receive loving gestures, our mental health is boosted and our self esteem soars. A lack of love makes people to feel and act frigid. Imagine a person that is always being spoken to harshly without love, they would easily develop inferiority complex.

Love can be incredibly important for mental health because it gives people a sense of safety, belonging, and support. I’ve tried to help loved ones with mental health struggles by simply being present, listening without judgment, and encouraging them to seek professional help if needed.

Love is what we all strive to gain, whether it be getting married to your significant other, having your parents and family around, or even just having the love of a good friend can help. Having loved ones makes the world a lot more bearable. I don't know how long I could go if I don't have my family or friends. I'd definitely be lost.
