Is support groups necessary?

Do you think that those experiencing antisocial personality disorders should think about belonging to supprt groups.  If yes, what type of activities should those supprt groups implement that will help these people to get better at fighting the APD issues?

Yes, support groups can help you with social skills and accountability. Activities like role-playing social interactions, guided discussions on empathy, and community service projects can encourage connection. Structured routines and peer feedback also help in managing impulsivity and improving relationships.

Support groups can be really helpful. I think, they offer a sense of community and shared understanding, especially during tough times. For example, talking to others going through similar struggles can provide comfort, advice, and perspective, helping to reduce isolation.
