So do you ever have these days where you are required to take a day off work or school because of your mental health? Sometimes work and other stuff builds up and we need a day to release it. Do you feel bad asking for a day of because of mental health?
 
Definitely! Taking a day off for your mental health is really important. It’s completely okay to take a break and relax when things get overwhelming. Looking after your mental health matters, and you shouldn’t feel guilty about asking for that time. We all need a little care sometimes.
 
I’ve definitely felt the need to take a day off for my mental health, especially when everything starts piling up. And honestly, I used to feel guilty asking for it, like I had to justify needing rest. But over time, I’ve realized mental health days are just as valid as physical sick days. Taking that time helps me reset, think clearly, and come back more focused. It’s not weakness, it’s self-respect.
