So, what Physical Anxiety Symptoms do you suffer from? When I get anxiety, I find that sweating is visible and to an excessive nature, where others will notice of it happening. What about you?
 
For me, I would just be pacing around when I am anxious. I would find it hard to be coherent in my speech. And the pacing around would be just unending.
 
When anxiety hits, my heart races, my chest tightens, and my hands get clammy. I feel dizzy, nauseous, and restless, like I can't sit still. My muscles tense up, and sometimes, I even struggle to catch my breath, it’s overwhelming. But thankfully, I don't get it too frequently
 
Physical anxiety symptoms can include a racing heart, shallow breathing, sweating, trembling, and dizziness. Recognizing these symptoms will help you how to cope with them. Deep breathing can help you to manage them effectively.
