Relief from Stress

I often get more stress due to lot of works and tried to remove from head, but that doesn't solve to my life. I have some works that makes me to get stress.

I would ask if you were in my place what will you do? I had seen most of them struggle for same thing in life so answer here.
 
What I like to do when I'm stressed out is play a video game or put some music on. I zone out and it helps me deal with the stress from the day. Perhaps doing activities you like such as maybe reading a book or listening to music can help.
 
Stress weighs me down, but relief comes in small moments, for instance, deep breaths, a walk outside, a laugh with a friend. I let go of what I can’t control and focus on what soothes me. The tension fades, replaced by calm. I remind myself: stress is temporary, but peace is always possible.
 
If I were stressed, I would probably think of confronting the stressor. If it is work, I would target at finishing it and small breaks in between with little bit of glucose to support my brain would help speed up the process.
 
Relief from stress comes from finding balance like taking breaks, practicing mindfulness, and connecting with loved ones. I also enjoy hobbies and exercise to clear my mind.
