If you have been depressed, what does it feel like after you started treatment and therapy? Did you recover 100% from the depression or does it still find a way to linger in you but not as it used to be when it started?

I believe depression can improve over time, but it might not completely go away for everyone. For some, it’s a recurring challenge that requires ongoing management. With the right support, coping mechanisms, and treatment, many people find ways to live fulfilling lives despite it.

I don't really need any therapy for my own kinds of depression to go away. When the causative factors for my depression has been removed, the depression goes away. For instance, if I was depressed for lack of money, having money would cure that depression.

It could go away if seek help from someone close to you. The person himself must also help secure back his mental strength. What bothers his mind and life must not be taken for granted.

I believe depression can improve significantly with treatment, therapy, and lifestyle changes. While it may not fully "go away" for everyone, I find managing symptoms effectively allows for a fulfilling, balanced life.
