Anxiety and stress in Gen Z

One of the most common mental issues most GenZ go through today is anxiety, due to stress and pressure from academic or from peer groups who they feel are doing better than them, how can GenZ handle and cope with this?

I think the best thing Gen Z and others can do is talk to someone. If that anxiety is due to pressure from academics, than make sure you study good. Include study groups with friends to make the studying process even easier and more fun as well. You can't really do much about others who do better than you. Your focus should be on doing your best and ignoring the rest. Don't think of it as trying to win a race, and just make sure you do enough to get through said schooling.

Gen Z faces high anxiety and stress due to financial pressures, social media, climate worries, and loneliness. Despite digital connectivity, many feel isolated. Addressing their unique mental health challenges with support, open dialogue, and resources is crucial for their well-being and future resilience.

Recently, I read a study which said Gen Z is in debt. They are into buy now and pay later, which makes them buy a lot of things but cannot pay the price, which lands them into debt. Finances is one of the major causes of stress and anxiety in Gen Z. Excessive gaming and use of social media both are also taking a toll on mental health of Gen Z.
