Most certainly! I find anything upbeat energizing me and helps me when I am low. I keep away from sad songs during low mood or they may depress me further. I have created a favorite playlists of upbeat music that gives me instant gratification.
Music is definitely very helpful. It's a therapy for stress whenever it's too much for me. I have different playlist for every mood I'm currently in. I don't listen to songs randomly.
Rap music and r&b are generally my mood boasters. I have many playlists that I'll play for any mood that I'm in. Music is so soothing and relaxing. I don't know where I'd be if it wasn't for music.
