What kind of noise causes you mood swing?

The noise of generators is something that I find very difficult to coexist with.

Everything about me gets an edge whenever a generator is making a nasty noise that I can't be able to focus. It makes my mood to scatter all over the places that anyone who is around me is not going to be comfortable being near me.

Is there any noise which makes it very difficult for your mood?

These noises can cause stress, disrupt concentration, and elevate anxiety levels. On the other hand, calming sounds like nature noises or soft music usually have a positive effect, helping to relax the mind. I imagine the kind of noise that might affect someone's mood could vary based on personal preferences.
